I was born, raised and educated in Switzerland. 

I moved to California in 1986 where I lived and worked in San Francisco and Los Angeles.  My last position was that of Vice President of Operations

for a multi-company organization.  I now reside in Nahant, near Boston, MA. 

After many unsuccessful attempts to quit smoking on my own, my Doctor, Dr. Michael Soffer, referred me to Terrie Huberman, a Certified Hypnotherapist. 

Skeptical and somewhat guarded, I decided to give it a shot.  Three hours after my first appointment I was a non-smoker and haven't had a single urge to smoke since.

I was so impressed with the results, I immediately began looking into becoming a hypnotherapist myself.  After moving to Boston, I enrolled in the

Cara Institute of Advanced Hypnosis and got my qualification as a Certified Hypnotherapist at the Advanced Level.  I trained directly with

Bernard  Yam, CH, CI, M.NLP, DCH. 

In 2005, I trained under The Reverend C. Scot Giles, D.Min. and obtained my Certification in Complementary Medical Hypnotism.  In 2007, after a 13

month curriculum under Don Mottin, I earned my certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist.

I have written several extensive articles which were published in various newspapers and journals and often speak to the public about Hypnotism.

I've also been featured on the Nationally Syndicated, Coast to Coast Weekly Travel Show "Travel With Stephanie Abrams"! on the Business Talk Radio

Network, as well as on "Doug Stephan's Good Day" nationally syndicated morning radio show.  In addition, I'm the co-author of "Success Stories",

Commemorating World Hypnotism Day 2006.

I am on the board of the Missions Committee at my local church and am a member of the North Shore Women In Business Organization,

the Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce, and the National Guild of Hypnotists, Inc.

I strongly believe that every client is unique; having experienced life differently from others.  I spend enough time with each client to ensure that all of my

suggestions are personalized and therefore highly effective. 

Clients are taught to learn the use of their natural self-hypnotic abilities to make the changes needed to obtain success and a more positive outlook on life.

By using the power of their own mind, they learn to heal and attract into their lives the things needed to become the individual they were created to be.
